For this Tutorial I used a Template from Creative Misfits Creations.

Scroll down and look for the Template : made by Kristin.

The Mask can be downloaded HERE.  Place it in the Masks Folder in PSP.

You also need a Tube of your own choice.

LET'S START!
(Remember to save often!)

Open the Template : Kristin - CMC - Template 6.psd in PSP
as we are going to work with it.

First, we are going to resize the Template and make it bigger.

Image - Resize : 700 x 686 pixels.

Lock the Top Layer : Credits.

Activate the bottom Layer : Background.

Layers - New Raster Layer
Flood Fill the Layer with a colour from your tube. 
I used : #f6ed7e

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk : 179, with the following settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Activate the Layer : Doodle.

Image - Mirror.
Move the Doodle to the left.

Choose another colour from your tube.
Make a note of the amounts at H and K.

We are still on the Layer : Doodle

Adjust - Hue and Saturation, with the following settings:

Do the same with the following Layers : Words, Music Note, Music Notes.

Do the following with the Layer : Guitar
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize :
Hue : 37
Saturation : 218

Copy your tube and Paste as New Layer, and arrange it under the Layer : Guitar.

Apply a Drop Shadow to all the Layers, except the Mask Layer (Group � Raster 1),
Words and Skull : 

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 3; 3; 75; 15 Black

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name.
Font used :  Ruach LET
