Open all the Supplies in PSP.
I used PSP 9.

 
NOTE:
Remember to save often. 

 

Open a New Image : 700 x 700 White.

Copy : background.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : ijspegels.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the top of your working image.

Copy : snowflakes.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.

Copy : doodle.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move to the right on your working image.

Copy : calguishorlo01092012.pspimage 

and Paste as New Layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 3; 3; 75; 25 Black.

Copy the tube : Anny_Christmas_Pinup_2.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Move a little bit down.

Apply the same Drop Shadow as before.

Copy the wordart : SN-Mind-Wordart-12-2011.psd and Paste as New Layer.
Move down.

Place your name and watermark. 

Font Snakelady used is called : Mistral.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Layers - New Raster Layer

Selections - Select All

Copy : S.D. Mist Sept 115-12.pspimage and Paste into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image:

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Activate the Pick Tool

 and pull the layer completely to the right.

Copy : frame.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Position a little bit to the left.

Copy : sterrenboog.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
 Position to the right and Arrange the Layer down.

Stay on the same Layer.

Copy : LottiesDoddles1.pspimage from the Layer : Merge
Paste as New Layer.
Move to the left.

Stay on the same Layer.

Copy the tube : Alies 10VR33-woman-1792012.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Position to the right and to the top.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1; 1; 50; 15 Black.

Layers - Duplicate.

Arrange the Layer to the Top.

Activate the Eraser tool and delete the part on the bottom of the frame.

Copy : bow.pspimage and Paste as New Layer.
Position to the right and down.

Apply the same Drop Shadow as before.

Copy : Raster 2 of LottiesDoodles and Paste as New Layer.
Position to the left and down.
Arrange the Layer Down until it is just above the white background.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and name. 
The font that Snakelady used : Mail Ray Stuff.
